Even if Hutzler only had Sunbelt talent to work with, there is no excuse for last nights defensive performance against a one dimensional team. Poor tackling, poor alignment, poor run fit by LB’s, no adjustment, no backside containment, mental errors….instead of DE’s forcing double teams on the outside, you had them slant inside and getting swallowed up freeing up OT’s and TE’s blocking DB’s. His zone defense looks like something you would run against a Noodle Arm Air Raid, not against a running offense.
