Congrats on making the Olympics but not very effective and visibly frustrated her teammates. Her lack of quickness is going to be a detriment to making it to the WNBA. USA hasn't won a game.
My guess is she and her team made it based on success from the worlds (I guess). HVL is very good - not elite though. I do not see he making a WNBA team.
HVL lacks the athleticism to play defense. It’s a true credit to Coach Jeff Walz’s ability to conceal here weaknesses during here brief career at UL. Conversely, LSU exposed HVL as over-rated.
Made it to the final 4, but lost to Spain yesterday. Going to have to win the next game to earn the bronze medal. She couldn’t defend anyone without fouling, which put Spain in the bonus very early and ultimately let Spain make a comeback.
