one of our players shoots the ball, instead of our guys trying to get in position, block out, and fight for a rebound, we just begin running to the other end of the court.

It is almost comical to watch at this point. I have never seen a team put up a shot and all 5 players take off to the other end of the court. I realize that we have numerous problems and lack some of the skills that I have seen private school kids play with but the lack of even attempting to fight for an offensive rebound is laughable.
