It's widely known that as Ed Orgeron's players exit the program, Ole Miss heads right back to the cellar of the SEC. This doesn't change the fact that I will continue to loathe Ole Miss. Whether they're hosting KKK rallies, pillaging from hotels, hiring Arkansas' rejects as coaches or becoming Thug U, it reflects poorly on the whole state of Mississippi and all of her citizens. Not to mention the arrogant "Oxford is great and Starkville sucks" comments will continue to fly as a supplement. That couldn't be further from the truth. Unfortunately, I've been to both cities and I will say that Starkville has much friendlier people, a more fun night life, better restaurants, even a nicer skating rink. Plus, you're less likely to become a victim of or witness a hate crime.
With that said, this is the year MSU separates themselves from Ole Miss on the national level and it all starts with Memphis. I don't care if Mad Dawg Relf has a hook for a hand and a peg leg, he will be our starter this week. I'll be in God's Country with a bell in each hand as the undefeated MSU Bulldogs take on the the undefeated Memphis Tigers. I can't wait to be in the Junction! Where will you be?!!
