I can't log in to chat...any suggestions might help.

I get a blank gray screen saying "chat room"

Make sure your java is up to date. That's what the chat software uses.

Can you put a 'How to update your Java' tutorial somewhere? I have so many issues with that program. It'll download - install - restart.. But will stay say it needs to be updated. Or it won't install correctly.

I checked the update and it is up to date...still can't log in to chat
