but if we are going to push people because of school affiliation, might as well push Tate Reeves.

Tate is a big Bulldog fan though, and is at most home games (football and basketball), but he went to Millsaps.

What did she do as Lt Gov that bothered you? Not meant to be a debate. Just curious.

and say it's a matter of what she's never proved herself capable of doing.

She owes her career to a gimmick campaign that included one of the dirtiest tricks in Mississippi political history (disseminating fliers--through Ed Peters, of all sleazebags--that insinuated her primary opponent was to blame for the death of his daughter).

In the ensuing eight years, she held the most powerful job in state government and yet developed no command of policy, much less an ability to extemporaneously present her thoughts on any substantive topic.

In short, Amy Tuck is what you would have if you gave Cliff Finch a ****** and subtracted about 15 or so IQ points.

Great retail politician despite the fact that she can't remember names for ****. Knows how to punch the populists button. Has no real political ideology other than what blows in on the morning wind. She switched to the Republican party, not becasue she found herself more and more aligned with the republicans, but because she knew that Barbara Blackman would whip her *** in the D primary. She spent the next 4 years, thankfully, doing what Travis Little told her to do. Makes a great stump speach about nothing. Like I said, great retail politician that you don't want running your state.
