There's no doubt that he's a liability in a close game...
We have to clean house with these ****** coordinators and bring in some that can actually help in these situations. Mullen has no idea what to do.
That said, I agree with the idea of going for it on that 4th down. We don't have a kicker and the odds are that we would have punted into the endzone. It was just terrible execution by all parties involved on the offense.

Prescott starts the game with two consecutive scoring drives for touchdowns...and gets pulled. That kind of stuff is a buzzkill for fans and players. You go up 21-0 and they are demoralized. Instead, a glimmer of hope comes their way. MSU is the only program on the planet that would do that, it drives me crazy.
