What are the contracts for coordinators like? Are they year to year or long term? Are there buyout clauses for them? Can they be fired by the coach/AD at any time with little recourse?

Most of them are year to year unless someone is that good. JLD at State had a 3 year contract and I think even John Thompson last year at Ole Miss as their D-coordinator had a 3 year. So he got 2 more years to sit on his *** and I think his family just stayed in Oxford this year.

2. Fire Rocky (He went tech and ten -- I don't give a ****, we should have never given him employment -- no matter what he has done since.)
3. Use combined Rocky and Turd money to hire one single coordinator of monsterous talents.
4. Subsequently offer Turd a job picking up cans and cups annually in the district after Bulldog Club bash.
