Sorry, I'm no looker myself but am I the only one who thinks Joe Dooley is the ugliest mother17er on the face of the planet? He looks like a damn Vampire. I would argue unless he is really charismatic, high energy and a great motivator - lets pass on this guy because I don't think recruits could bear to look at his ugly ***. Again, sorry, I hate to put the guy down strictly based off looks but you have to admit that looks, energy, passion, etc all play a role when being hired for a job. ****, I bet some of you were thinking the same thing but somebody had to type it...flame away!
