if you don't have an agent, even if you're drafted you can still come back, right? Obviously if you're a 1st round pick you'd rather take the guaranteed money, but if you wanted to you could still keep your amateur status.

this is what happened to randolph morris a few years ago. he didn't hire an agent, and since he went undrafted, he could come back to school. he was essentially a free agent and could have left UK at any time, including the middle of the season, to jump on a free agent deal.

i think if he would've been drafted, he wouldn't have been able to come back.</p>

When did they close this loophole? There hasnt been a new CBA since Morris went undrafted and came back...i thought all draft rules are only set during CBA discussions.
