understandable but woudnt this be more effective if we hired him already? Now if he is not hired....He will be back to give a whole "I told you so" song and dance.

I know BUMP. He and I went to law school together and play Bridge every friday night. His mom (+1) and brother (^^THIS^^) are like family to me.

He's got his heart set on other threads. Trust me, he wouldn't think this was offical OR appropriate.
