JSU receivers dropped what, 4 passes in the first half? I knew then we were exposed. That's with 2 "so called " SEC cb's..Nickoe really dropped the ball this year. Was it the scheme? No... cant be... He did so good his Soph yr. We just had soft coverage and im guessing anywhere from 10-20 missed tackles a game... I have never seen in the past 10 yrs, yes 10 yrs, more missed open field tackles as a MSU defense gave up this year.. Even after we stop a RB at the line, we still gave up 2-3 positive yardage !!??? Is that the nature now because of the physicality of an athlete?? We just looked like a Carl Torbush'ed defense that couldnt tackle... I guess we got spoiled with KJ and Chris White... hell, even Wade effin Bonner wrapped up when he got hold of somebody... I dont get it... But yes, in the first freakin game, a SWAC team exposed our SEC defense that Mullenz has recroooooooted.... So what ya'll say?? I didnt even see Ole pooper doing that to us... That's on Mullen and the gameplan...very sad.. we were the better team. still are. thats on his NH yankee arse....
