I like Mullen's attitude.

Last sentence from Veazey's blog.

The last caller was apparently an Ole Miss fan and asked him why he referred to UM as “%@%#%++#%++%@%**+++”. Said Mullen: “Geographically, they’re located up north of us. They’re %@%#%++#%++%@%**+++ up there.”

The fan shot back and criticized his class, saying “what comes around goes around, coach!”

Mullen replied with this: “We’re looking forward to going up there next Thanksgiving, I’ll tell ya what!”

The funniest part was the fun saying what comes around goes around to wrap up his rant reminding coach sure we had last year but what about the year before when he was on the end of the 45-0 beatdown...

Which of course we all know..was the Crooming of Croom game and Mullen was no way involved.

I called all of my Mississippi friends and thanked them and told them it was the best thing that could have happened. They said the same thing the year before to me. If I were a Mississippi fan I would not be so excited about the bulldogs rolling in the Oxford next year.

in my life where I actually rooted for the other team to keep scoring... I wanted 50+ to ensure there was no way in hell he could come back.

We are going to roll into Oxford and kick their *** again.

This one is going to hurt much worse than the last one.

I certainly couldn't bring myself to root for Ole Miss to win under any circumstance. But when it became certain we would lose, roughly 12 minutes into the contest, I wanted them to obliterate us in the fashion they did!

I thought 60 was a solid number for him to be fired. Apparently, 45 was enough.

I may take bets on that. I think our 5-7team may take your 5-7 team simply because it's in Oxford. Regardless, I see the makings of a pretty ****** year of football in Mississippi. Y'all may indeed be much improved if you get some production out ofyour QB, but I'd put the chances of that at around 25% if I had to guess. I know it's axiomatic, but Mullen needs toland agood QB recruit. Once he does that, he will turn the corner.

Sometimes it might be a little much but thats what makes it a good rivalry. You know your doing the right thing when their fans talk about how lame it is yet it gets a 3 page thread on nafoom. "its lame and doesnt bother me yet I will keep talking about it" Someone said sometime ago that Nutt doesnt really know how to deal with this kinda rivalry thing due to Ark. not having a big one like the MS one. Guess LSU counts for them kinda but its not like a in state rivalry like MS or AL has. then again i guess LSU is ole miss' main rival huh, magnolia bowl and all

We spent 5 years under Croom of every coach saying what a good job he was doing. Which for coach speak was they will be an easy win on our schedule as long as he is here. I used to want to vomit when I would hear people like Tubbs saying Croom is a great guy and he is doing good things with the program.

if they had tried...it's like Byrne called Nutt on the sideline and said, "ok, thats enough...that's all I need"

It took you 12 minutes to figure that out? I think after one possession each the outcome of that one was clear.

I think it's all pretty accurate, it's what any objective observer would say. I don't think that makes me an *******.

Using words like axiomatic makes you an *******. Call me stupid, but I have no idea what that means. Also, I'm not sure if you were tslking about after the game, but it is not possible for the records to be 5-7 going into the eggbowl. I also, think we will be 6-5 headed into that game.

It just means "obvious". As to the issue of the "two 5-7 teams", I've looked at the schedule and I think MSU will be 5-6 going into the Egg Bowl. (losses toUF, Bama, LSU, Arkansas, Auburn and Houston (road game))
