I love this idea! Inter-conference play on an annual basis

And starting next year, there's going to be 2 SEC/ACC games in the Georgia Dome to open the year.<div>
</div><div>Once the ACC gets to 14 in 2014 (or possibly 2013 if the Big East allows it), it would be logical. Plenty of NFL stadiums around if they want to do all neutral sites, or something like 4/4/6 or whatever. Could be awesome. (And the SEC would probably go 11-3 or so every year.)</div>

I feel that those two conferences will benefit more from it than the SEC mainly because the SEC has been dominating the BCS as of late. Instead of expanding, they figure that forming an alliance to help strengthen each other's scheduling will prove a better idea. For them... it sounds like a great idea. For us... I think it depends on the sport.<div>
</div><div>Honestly, I wouldn't mind seeing this idea happen, but I do wonder if Florida, UGA and USCe would be in favor of something like this. It seems that they would require each team to rotate through the conference teams and if this were to happen, I would think the ACC would be the better choice due to stability, proximity and already established rivalries, which brings me back to those 3 teams since something like this would probably limit how often the respective teams would play against FSU, GT and Clemson.</div><div>
</div><div>Other conferences may follow suit, but if the SEC were to do it.. it would be passed reluctantly and I just don't see them getting to the point of doing that.</div><div>
</div><div>ETA: I do, however, believe we'd benefit more from this with basketball. Lord knows we need every help we can get, and this would most certainly help us with RPI.</div>
