It took half a day, three emails, and a couple of twitter exchanges to simply be able to log on and see my statement. I still have now idea what PERCS or that inner circle crap is. If I was searching for a new phone or plan, I would probably give up and go somewhere else. The whole thing is like a rubiks cube.
