I wanted to beat Auburn the same way I want to beat every team we play. Now, they are a clear number 3 until Cam Newton leaves. I hope we embarrass them. They may even give LSU a run for the money.

I hope Mahlzahn leaves and they hire Woody McCorvey as their OC.

Well, the second part won't happen, but at least the first part is plausible.

with one 17ed up attitude.
I can tell that the Flordia rumors hurt our chances.

Chizik is one sorry *** coach and Iowa state has done better with out him.

What the 17 has Malzhan done other to have his named hyped up by the message board drool. Other than statistics, he hasnt won a NC, SEC championship, or developed a Heisman or NFL QB. Basically, he hasn't done jack ****. He looks like a clothed dick with legs and wears glasses.

obviously he wasn't allowed to have any say in the decision. This was all about Daddy Cecil and after reading that I don't think Daddy had any intention of letting Cameron come to MSU if he could find any alternative with a so-called "big-time" program. I'm sure Daddy got his pockets lined quite nicely in the process.

Dude is what, 20? Time he grows a pair and tells Diddy this is HIS
decison. It's not like Diddy was going to be paying for school.

What an SOB. Some thoughts:

1) Isn't the point of signing a big-name QB to make him the star? Don't tell me Auburn doesn't intend to try and make him the star of the offense?

2) Shouldn't every player want to be the star if he has NFL aspirations? If Cam was a dominant player for MSU he's get mega media hype. What's he want to be a "solid contributor"

3) Just how many players is AU returning? We only lost 1-2 starters on defense (depends if you count Love), and the only player we really lose on offense is Dixon.

4) I have a feeling Dan won't be angry at penalties for late hits on the QB next year against Auburn.

5) Who else would love to see that Rollison kid just beat him out and we get to see Cam sitting on the sidelines again?

I'm sure daddy would have gotten paid either way so I really do hate it for Cam that a 20-21 kid apparently has no say in where he goes to college

he wants him to sound like a "team player" becuase that is something that is valued in the NFL as well.

I'd rather see us break his throwing arm while driving down into the ground. Breaking his leg would make him more of a drop back passer, and therefore possibly more attractive to some NFL teams.

Thank God we didn't hire Wille <17> Martinez as our DC. I think Manny will have something pretty good cooked up for them. They run offenses like Auburn's all the time in the Sun Belt.

...that was a ****** thing for him to say. I'll root for you guys to beat Auburn's *** at this point. His comments were disrespectful for a man who should be glad that an SEC program wanted his son after the stupid **** that Cameron pulled at Florida. Cameron and his father should feel lucky that MSU was willing to take a chance on him with his character questions and Cecil's comments were absolutely disrespectful and showed an ungrateful attitude than is unacceptable in my opinion. I hope nothing but failure for Newton at this point. That may seem harsh, but they need to learn to shut their mouths and be grateful for things like scholarship offers from major college football programs.

Did you read the comment about stomping on MSU fans faces with a hobnail boot? Got to agree with that.

Mississippi State was nothing but professional with this guy. For him to just blatantly dog us like he did just proves THEY were using us. The kid verbally changed his commit and that's fine but, his dad's got a big damn mouth. No reason to blast us like he did. We did not need this family in the Mississippi State family anyway. The way this has all worked out is for the best. If the kid didn't shine at State, I'm sure it would have been "our" fault in the the Newton family's eyes. He should have kept his mouth shut!

I will be in Starkville for the Auburn game now for sure. Something tells me we are gonna come out jacked to the gills and welcome Cam the same way we did Shane Matthewsback in the early 90's. I've got a feeling the "countdown clock" will be set for our Thursday night tilt with the War Tigers. I can't imagine how bonkers that place will get if/when CN takes the field for them. I hope we beat them like a "rented mule".

I'd like nothing more than for Rollison (we was ironically reinstated after Cam signed) to just flat beat Cam out in the Spring and Fall and have Cam do nothing but watch from the sidelines the entire year and only get to play a few mop up minutes here and there.

Then I'd like to see Cecil so pissed at the lack of PT that he turns Auburn in for the recruiting violations they did with his son.

That my fairly tale ending.</p>

....break his dad's leg. Laughing Jesus would approve. Maybe Cecil will spend more time writing his sermons.
