after he left from valdosta state....that was the year mumme and leach left for kentucky i think...anyway, i thought he was still at texas tech until i was watching the game on tv where houston beat texas tech...then they showed him on the sidelines and talked a little about him.......i was hoping we would have taken a look at him before we hired croom, but oh well....best qb coach i've ever seen...wonder when he's going to get his shot at a major head coaching job?
