Yep. I was thinking the same thing. He has a visit over there on the 30th. I'm guessing that Wilson sabatoged it for us, or at least that's what I gathered from reading between the lines.

The zero times you met or talked to the guy or talked to anyone that knows him? You're pissed he won't give THE MAN the time of day so obviously he must be a bad apple.

Heard it got toooo expensive for us... I just hope you can get the benefits from that much of an investment. I mean, UM has such a superior business school that they should be able to perform a cost/benefit analysis..

I highly doubt any rebs are pissed that MSU got commits from 2 skill players that have been leaning to MSU for months now.....now....beat Ole Miss for an OL than can actually pass block....that might rile someone up.

After the in home with Perkins, the coaches knew they could get Perkins, so they quit recruiting Pat. They have Chris Smith higher on our board than Pat and consider them the same type receiver. We needed speed and quickness, so Perkins became more of a priority for us. Now, we are trying to close out with a couple of quality CB's, so there is no room for Pat. Now, I'm not saying we would have gotten Pat if we were still recruiting him, and if he ends up at Ole Miss, you will be getting a fine player, like we did with Bumphis.

Reality is, I think both staffs would trade Patterson, Thames, Bumphis, etc. for any number of offensive linemen.

I know I would. We need beef. Our star gazers will want Patterson for the important rankings, but he's not at a position of need by any means.
