They're already out there with it. Trump "obstructed justice" by intimidating witnesses, threatening to fire people who aren't "loyal" to him and is conducting fishing expeditions inside the White House to root out leakers.
He's said to be ruling like a tyrant, distrustful, paranoid, mean, angry, and ready to chastise anyone who doesn't call him "Das Fuhrer"
