Most juniors do this simply to see where they'd get drafted and to see what they need to work on.

Jackson is the only person out of this junior class with a chance of going pro, and there's a very good chance he comes back.

I bet his scouting report reads like this:
- 2012 Junior free safety who playing coming off an Achilles injury suffered at end of 2011 season.
- Ferocious hitter who struggles in deep coverage, takes bad angles, and doesn't finish tackles. Has been burnt a lot this year on the deep ball and often looks out of position. This could be due to coaching scheme or miscommunication.
I'm tired of being Mel kiper but basically he was missing plays that he used to make. His lateral range is not the same, and his speed has deteriorated. He doesn't look comfortable coming up to make plays in run support and is almost like a missile who only makes the big hit when he gets lucky lunging. Needs to learn how to break down and make a tackle in the open field. I rewatched the aTm game first quarter a while back and he had a few opportunities to make stops on those first few scoring drives that could have should have changed the game.
I can't believe that we don't have a better suited player to play at free safety than Nickoe this year. And broom should have stayed at corner and been our nickel guy. He never looked comfortable out there either. I don't know who is to blame but I would like to see who steps up in the spring to start a safety. Justin Cox from Emcc is the early favorite for free safety and maybe Nickoe can play strong. Our corners are going to be young so we need to shore up the safety position. Our secondary was suppose to be best in sec which ended up being a joke.
