Surrounded by a lot of talent. He's one of the reason we've been stockpiling draft picks. With that being said, he played the game of his life today.

He was 9th in the NFL this year in QB rating.

Problem was that he had no one there that could handle a young QB. Looks like he found someone that can actually coach him.

giving him an offense with built in hot routes has made a lot of difference. All he has to do is run the play and not think as much.

Croomletary calling plays last year hurt. Also, the defense is putting much more pressure on the opposing qbs this year with the Smiths and more aggressive schemes.

I'm guessing that had something to do with his output. I think they still lack at the WR spot but other than that they have a lot of talent around him on O and the best D in the league.
