… about a month ago I wound up in the ER and subsequently the hospital where I was told those words no one wants to hear “You’ve got cancer.” Specifically cancer of the pancreas. Today I am starting my first chemo treatment. So far so good, nausea and pain meds doing their job. What’s the Packs experience? My oncologist game plan is 4, 7 hr chemo sessions and then possibly surgery to remove the cancer. Any of you been down this road?
Sorry to hear…. Any cancer is rough. Lost my mother to pancreatic cancer when she was only 45. But that was nearly 15 years ago. They have come a long way in treating this. Praying for you!
