Kid has done some really stupid things- a scholarship football player should not be walking around with a fake ID, the Instagram posting is an understandable urge but something discretion should tell him to pass on, even at his age - and I really wanted to see what Rettig could do at points this season. But overall I think he did okay for a first year starter. I think in part the venom towards him is collateral damage from past bad decisions Flood has made at the QB position. I'm interested to see how Laviano does in an open QB competition in the spring.
