Several times, when I was at MSU almost 50 years ago.
I wasn't in a frat then, I was a GDI.
Didn't become a fraternity member until another 10 years, at another school.

I worked in the cafeteria, and a maroon bow-tie and white shirt was the uniform.
Often, I didn't finish my shift until the game started, so I had to rush to Scott Field as I was dressed.
I was a poor boy.

I felt underdressed, since back then a lot of folks dressed up for football games.

We didn't care what uniform or helmets the football team was wearing, either.
We just wanted to win the dang game.

So would you wimpy-@ssed style-police GenX and GenY fans STFU about what clothing other fans adorn their bodies with?

Who cares?

I can't explain.

I was up late tonight with some other Rocket City Rednecks.
We had a long discussion about the discovery that Neutrinos may exceed the speed of light, and how that might upset Einstein's general theory. That's why I'm up so late. Not that it should matter, to you.

We also had a long analytical discussion, over an hour or so, of how Keynesian economics has generally failed.

Thanks for your concern for my age.

Old farts, I thought your discussion group was going to consider impacts of plate tectonics ongeographical distribution of mammalson the North American continent. The putative movement and artificial introduction of additional mammals by human impacts on current sports scene (sport related) throughout America is a pertinent topic. You really were up late sir !!!!

With all due respect RocketCity, you probably wore a buckskin condom and one of those whitewigs like the British used to wearback then too. Styles change.

PS: I will be 40 in a few days so it feels good to know that I can still make fun of others for being old.</p>

The bartender says "We don't take kindly to neutrinos around here."

A neutrino walks into a bar.
