From what I know apparently Putin hacked the system with the help of Mr. Edward Snowden. President Vladimir Putin supervised his intelligence agencies' and U.S. intelligence found out there was a cyber attack during the Cape Fear/Scotland game. Markus Washignton, the Scotlands deputy town security adviser, told Channel 13 News. "When you're talking about a significant cyber intrusion like this, we're talking about the highest levels of Authority."
