Let Lebby do his next season and then go get a good coach. He's just not learning from his mistakes, and he is a horrible play caller.
But he's an offensive mastermind or so we were told. The only thing he's shown to be good at over the last two seasons is eating!
He’d have to have one hell of a turnaround to reach Moorhead caliber.

He is! He averaged over 30 points a game this year. Along with having the fastest tempo in the whole country and running the most plays per game. Too 15 in 40+ yard plays. Most of y’all wanted a high octane fast paced scoring offense, and you got it! But now the same posters want to quit and change directions again.
Fast tempo is working against this sorry defense not in favor of it and Lebby is too slow minded to see it. He couldn’t coach a game of Pac-Man.
Bottom half in conference for scoring offense.
Dead last scoring defense.
The octane sucks.
8th in scoring offense. Not to mention fastest tempo and most number of plays. This high volume and speed produced explosive plays and kept games competitive, even with defensive issues. That’s high octane! It’s exactly the identity Lebby was hired to install. Arnett and defense are making changes.
9th in conference. Nobody gives a **** about stats against USM.
-12 scoring differential SEC games. Dead last. Least competitive team in the league. Go to bed, Mrs. Lebby.
What about stats playing The Citadel or Eastern Illinois or Charlotte or Tenn State ect.
8th in the conference, 1st in tempo and number of plays. Lost three conference games by one score or less. Defense is being upgraded. Lebby was hired for his high octane explosive offense. Top 15 in 40+ yard plays. You’re getting it and you want to quit and go to what? You want to keep swapping coaches every 1-2 years? Then each time revamp the entire scheme? 2-3 more years. Rebuilds at a Mississippi State take more time considering the resources. He’s building and developing. Fixing the defense will improve everything even more paired with Lebby’s explosive ultra fast offense tempo.

I guess that may be where I went off track.
I would take Croom back on one condition.....he hire an above competent OC. He can keep Arnette at DC. Kids like playing for Croom and he was an elite OL for BAMA back in the Bear's day.....and we all know the OL is where winning teams start. Croom instilled discipline on and off the field too. I don't want any part of Moorhead.
