Didn't insult you. Said having to keep you up to speed was painful, because the answers to your comments/questions were hashed out prior in the thread.in this case no, just you! 2 wrongs don't make a right. I don't insult you, why do you need to insult me.
First of all, I don't like the tactics ICE is executing in Minneapolis....
Now, how does Joe know what training each of these ICE agents is receiving and whether it's good, bad, adequate or inadequate. He has no military experience upon which to base his statements. Now just to be above board, I worked with him when he was a republican representative in Congress. I, my contemporaries , and many members of his and the democrat parties considered him a lightweight, more interested in the spotlight than work. Take that for what it's worth.
Next, there was a time people believed the government. It hasn't been that way since Vietnam and it's not that way today. I have posted before that Trump, Noem, Bovino, Vance and Homan are are over their skis on their announcments of fault in both the Good and Pretti cases. Walz and Frey are the same. No way any of these know exactly what happened in either of these cases and should have kept their mouths shut until after an investigation is completed.
I have no disagreement on the leadership or discipline. It is awful. I blame leadership. These agents don't go out everyday thinking "I need to be at up a civilian today". Leadership should be more disciplined and demand same of the agents
the civilians are not domestic terrorists, and the ICE agents are not Nazis, fascists or the gestapo.
I'm a decorated, honorable, retired officer...does that mean I get the same credibility you're giving to Mr Hertling
Personally i think Walz is cornered. Not much he can do and his position is pretty much indefensible. There is no debate, Federal law is the supreme law of the land.
Can you give examples of any undocumented criminals they haven't turned over? Being position number one makes it seem like a pretty big issue.
Well hell, just tell the rest of ICE it's open season on citizens and we can even out those numbers.No. It doesn't matter. MN is the only state where there is trouble right now. They have had 2 protesters shot, no where else is having any problems.

It doesn't matter than the first item on a list of cooperation needed is something they are actively doing or not?No. It doesn't matter. MN is the only state where there is trouble right now. They have had 2 protesters shot, no where else is having any problems.
one out of a 1000 isn't very accepting...
and see my problem is although I have about 1/20 of your bias, I try to see things as others see them as well. you know the "walk a mile in his shoes"
It doesn't matter than the first item on a list of cooperation needed is something they are actively doing or not?
If I tell you we are having issues with Clemson football program and I have heavy criticism of what Dabo is doing, and immediate action is needed, here is what we need:
1. Fire the OC
2. Get some transfer safetys
3. Bring in some transfer DT's
4. Lock down our WR's so they don't transfer.
Going to sound pretty ridiculous if my demands are the things that are already happening.
So no examples of ways they aren't cooperating that they legally should be?
If there aren't any examples, then it shouldn't be a problem to cooperate going forward.
I'll do betterHow many of those 1,000 did you bother to provide a source for?
You've got a lot of log in your eye, Ned, I don't really know what else to say. I feel like you respond to the arguments you assume we're making and not the ones we're actually making.
well I'll give one way, put the Minneapolis police in a position to control crowdsSo no examples of ways they aren't cooperating that they legally should be?
Not sure I've seen a lot of issues with actual crowds, but rather people in neighborhoods in smaller groups. Unless you're just saying the agents should have chaperones. Which I wouldn't actually hate as they'd have body cams on them, but I suspect the agents may not be down for that. But don't know that to be true either. But know that it would take cops away from their actual day to day jobs they should be doing.well I'll give one way, put the Minneapolis police in a position to control crowds
you don't think there's some politics involved??I mean, I agree they should pass along people who have committed crimes, and am just asking for an example. They are saying they have to surge agents (away from cities and states that have a lot more undocumented) and if only they would "cooperate" it wouldn't be needed. So either it is political, or they are not doing something specific, that more agents solves. I don't think it's a small question to ask what that is, and for examples where they haven't done that thing.
great training by the Gestapo here...
someone send the whole reel to Mr. Magoo MAGA Ned so he can see it as well...(btw Tactical Karl who is a TX gun nut says he has talked to many LEOs and they all say it was a bad shoot)
Isn't part of police responsibility crowd control. In management you put resources where they're most needed. Right this moment the major action in Minneapolis is protesters/ICE. If police would have been controlling the crowds on Saturday or even when Ms Good was killed maybe we wouldn't be in this situation. Right now it appears as if ICE agents are doing the crowd control and that doesn't seem to be going very well. Not sure I've seen a lot of issues with actual crowds, but rather people in neighborhoods in smaller groups. You think that of the 3000 agents in Minneapolis all are using excessive force. We only see the videos where excessive force is being used. No one would post a video of an ICE agent helping an old lady across the street. I didn't see any videos of ICE agent buying the abandoned/kidnapped/bait kid food at McDonalds, but it was reported in the news.Every action I see by the agents is excessive force.
well no problem, when you make what I believe are erroneous or outrageous statements, I'll ask you for source...the new me.How many of those 1,000 did you bother to provide a source for?

no problem, I'm anxious to be proven wrong...as I have said many times, I know I'm not right all the time, but I also know I'm not wrong all the time (or all the times you think I am)Unironically, please do. I'm not in the business of making stuff up and if sourcing my claims helps convince you I'm more than happy to do so.
If, however, I cite my sources and you stay your course, be prepared for me to throw all of your "Flaw never changes his mind", "FLaw is 20 times as biased as me" right back in your face![]()
I feel like you didn't read what I wrote. Neither of them were killed with "crowds". Seemed like less than 20 people around outside of the agents. In which case you're just saying chaperones, which again, I personally doubt they would accept.Isn't part of police responsibility crowd control. You do know, that when you make one of your biased statements, you are the one who has to provide the data. I'm not going to attempt to prove a negative...just so we're clear.

When someone only needs to say "but there are people over here saying something different" it sorts of means someone never has to admit when they're wrong, no?no problem, I'm anxious to be proven wrong...as I have said many times, I know I'm not right all the time, but I also know I'm not wrong all the time (or all the times you think I am)

Isn't this fun![]()
Is that so? Click on this link and go to about 5 minutes into the video report. Seems pretty clear to me.Also there is no video ive seen where you see him removing the gun because its blocked from video. People can assume thats what happen but you never see it.
Pretti's gun misfired? You have video substantiating that? By all means post it. Someone yelled "gun?" You have video substantiating that? By all means post it.Even it thats what happen the gun misfired during that struggle and the agents reacted after gun was yelled and a shot happen.
You don't have to have been in a firefight to know that pumping ten (10) bullets into an unarmed man is both improper and criminal. The last nine bullets were fired when he was laying on his back, motionless. Good luck to those ICE agents in claiming self-defense with respect to any of those shots.Again unless you have been in a firefight you have no clue how people should react. I bet most of those agents have never been in a firefight and are very green in that respect. Not something you can really train for, it comes from experience...
Well, a jury of Straka's peers obviously disagreed with him. He was convicted of one or more crimes, and that requires proof beyond a reasonable doubt. Arresting him only required probable cause to believe he committed a crime, which is a much lower standard of proof.ps-Straka never went inside on j6 he was outside and peaceful broadcasting live I believe. Should have never been arrested to begin with. He was a political prisoner since he is a gay former democrat that supported Trump and started the Walk Away movement that moved many liberals to the MAGA movement...
Its actually AMAZING how alot of national MAGA is crawling back in their hole and the one's on this board are doubling downJust so we are on the same page again, @fatpiggy agrees with RFK that people on the spectrum won't ever date.
Then gets offended when presented with a factual statement.
Now carry on as more and more MAGA crawl back into their hole.
