You can see at the 1:00 minute mark just before the shooting, the border patrol reacts to seeing a weapon and then immediately draws his.

Welp ... there are 2 ways to look at this:
1. The federal government clearing condoning these types of actions, and lying about these actions repeatedly, will ensure the Second Reich doesn't last beyond mid-terms, or the next POTUS election, at the longest, assuming some semblance of our democracy endures;
2. The federal government's willingness to conduct these actions, condone these actions, and even blatantly lie to support said actions lends credibility that the complete transition away from a representative democracy is forthcoming, so we may not get the chance to get rid of them by democratic means.

I looked at the video and I honestly can't tell anything one way or the other. I'm sure there will be others and maybe better viewing areas.
But I did see a picture of "lines drawn", protesters on one side and a line of agents on the other. Is there anyone other than me, who really thinks that 1. this accomplishes little, if anything. 2. these kinds of situations only provide the opportunities for more disasters.
Everyone has the right to protest. But protesting does not have to be confrontational.
Wouldn't it make sense to have leaders encourage people to protest peacefully away from the agents, encourage them to follow agents orders, and eliminate the antagonism? ICE is going to do their jobs. Notice these shooting events have involved protesters and not the migrants.
I can tell you which side is on the wrong side of history.

I also see the border patrol visibly react to seeing something while looking at the protester. Whatever he saw caused him to draw his weapon.
The audio “gun!, gun!” Is at the same time as the visual reaction of the agent. Was it him yelling gun, or did more than one person see a gun?
Hard to believe these people want to put their lives on the line for people here illegally and most of them criminals to boot.

This is unequivocal. A woman was getting pepper sprayed, this man tried to block it. He got pepper sprayed and tried to block her WITH HIS BODY from getting pepper sprayed more. They dragged him off her, beat him senseless. Then shot him.
