.. And he could only make one change on his staff, which one change do you think most needs to be changed? Note: you can't answer "Head Coach" or "his own".

Earlier in the season, most would have said Defense. Although, during these last few weeks, many have complained about the offense (particularly as some have argued it is a system that, perhaps, the backup QB cannot master). Also, this doesn't have to be a coordinator. It could be a position coach.

Ball boy.

If we put in a ball boy that will deflate footballs at certain times, maybe we'll win more than 3 games.

You really think an improvement in DC would have made much of a difference in '15 or '16?
I ask that for 2 reasons:
1. No decent or great DC is coming to RU to work for Flood, who is on the hot seat.
2. Assuming we shocked the CFB world and signed a very good DC. How many more games do you think we might have gotten in '15 or '16, at most 1 more win? if that...

Given the unlikelihood of getting a proven DC, its salary cost & two-year contract, I think we'd be much better off getting rid of Flodd.

That wasn't the question. The question is asking you what one area, if you could only choose one, do you think requires the most improvement that a new coach could bring.
