Give me Cristobal. Younger. Has head coaching experience and while the record wasn't good keep in mind it was FIU and now has spent a few years at the dominant program in the land under a hall of fame coach.

Richt is going to meet with Maryland next week. If he gets that job, Rutgers needs to go after a high profile coach and pay big bucks.
