Hopefully, it'll be Manziel to the Texans. Houston is a trainwreck, and it wouldn't surprise me.
That said, I see Jerruh continuing to pay big bucks to 2 or 3 players (Romo, Witten, Ware), while drafting cheap players and bringing coaches and players no other NFL team would touch.
