Then theres a really good chance ryker is the qb. Hamstring injuries are no joke, even if its just a slight pull. The player is affected by it greatly and is never the same until its healed 100%.

Looks like he yanked the lower part of the hammy. If it was the upper part, that would suck.

No one can doubt the heart that TA plays with.

He gives his teammates, coaches, and fans everything he has.

Does an injured TA give us a better shot at winning than a healthy RF?

If they are going to play TA, maybe they should take him out if we get a decent lead. Hopefully the O and D give them the opportunity to allow this to happen.

I am not convinced that RF can do what is needed to win a game in the B1G. The game plan would have to be modified and others would have to step up on the offensive side of the ball. The screen game to the backs looked good last night. It's possible that was worked on in the event that we had to start RF. When he is in and we get behind schedule on downs, the other team starts licking their chops for a sack. The run element that TA brings really negates some things that opposing Ds would like to do.

There is little reason to think Nebraska will knock out any team in the first half. At this point, they are what they are, and with 8-2 I'll take it. But this team has not shown the ability to be explosive all year.

Tommy said in his press conference that this is his last game in Lincoln and that he will definitely play. I fully expect him to start the game, but depending on how bad it is and if he tweaks it more during the game, I dont think he finishes the game. please let us get the bounces and have a great showing in the first half next week.

Love to hear this from him. Loved the crowd chanting his name. There was a time when he indicated real resentment of the fans. This feels great for everybody. Want him to go out with total class and a great performance.

Tommy is like that Clown blow up punching toy. No matter how hard or how many times you punch that thing it always comes right back up. you can't keep it down. Same with TA. It's just too bad his O-line is allowing him to get punched way too much.

I'd rather have him sit against MD and hope to have him for Iowa. If he isn't 100% for MD and aggravates the hammy again, we could easily lose him for Iowa. it looked like more than just some "tightness" to me, but maybe he was just being extra cautious after the TD.

It's irrelevant. Nothing has changed, or at least, that's what people tell me.

Question is whether it is a grade one strain vs more severe. Seems like he may have just tweaked it a little at the end of the run
