Only way it could get worse is if he offers Phil Cunningham. I would have been opposed to that hire 3 weeks ago, but if it happens now, it would be beyond desperation and the end of the basketball world as we know it....And folks, that could happen, who else is left?

and no one knows what is going on and no one knows who we are after. It might be someone in the final four that we can't deal with for a few more days. Scott Stricklin is a great leader and wants nothing for the best for this university and will be here for a very very long time. Why do I read this terrible site?

offered? and second, where does that fit on the basketball landscape? top dollar? mid range? or what. i know we're paying kennedy around 1.3 althought that may be with a bunch of incentives he's not earning. where does 1.7 put you?
ETA...i hope my ole miss friends who wanted to fire kennedy are watching your search. i would rate the msu job well ahead of ours and it appears not to be so easy.

The only person I've heard say mike davis is peaches. So I take it with a grain of salt. Peaches is the same guy who said we turned down scott drew because he was a dirty liar, then tried to hire his brother. Peaches is a confirmed liar so don't worry about mike davis.

I'm sure half the post on here are simply here because everyone else seems to get a thrill out of the freaking out". It's a mob mentality. In reality most of us are worried about this hire not being good, but in reality I doubt seriously many are truly freaking out over it. In the end we'll get a decent coach. Regardless of what someone has done in the past, nobody knows what they'll do at State.
