Alabama hasn't played an undefeated regular season since the Tide's first BCS title under Saban rule, in 2009 (this is a uniquely Alabamian problem), but needs only to best LSU, Mississippi State,[SUP]2[/SUP] Auburn, and whichever three-limbed SEC East team drags its carcass to Atlanta in order to march into a third consecutive national title game.
2-Technically, this is a football game!

Get your panties out of a wad guys. I was expecting her to have said something horrible about us to make everyone have this reaction. But she said nothing we all haven't said on this board already. Does anybody think it will be a competitive game? I don't and most of you probably don't either. Tweeting her bitching about it makes us like douchebags with an inferiority complex. Which really isn't far off with some of you.
Before I get off your lawn, let me explain.
First, you are correct that my comments to her were tacky. I guess the down season coupled with the fanbase meltdown over Mullen has me on edge. But I honestly don't regret how I handled this. She took a cheap shot at something that I am passionate about. I simply took a cheap shot back. She then tried to have me fired. Forgive me for thinking that she might've went a little far with that.
Second, in the world of college football/twitter/blogs/message boards, its commonplace for people to behave like this. When I come to SPS and post stuff about the Braves sucking, Michael Phelps not being a good athlete, and the Chicago Cubs sucking.... I fully expect everyone to spew vitriol back at me. She's written for EDSBS for a few years. She's not unfamiliar with this culture. She shoudl expect some blow-back from saying stupid **** like that.
