he's just an arrogant ******* and I'm still not sure he realizes just where the hell he is. I hope he gets his *** beat every game.

you will be happy to know that he's taking head coaching/program running advice from Ed Orgeron right now. You can tell that Orgeron is pulling a lot of the strings behind Kiffin.

They have Orgeron in the right role (assistant head coach/recruiting coordinator/DL coach), but Kiffin is giving him too much say, and that's going to create problems for them.

I look for UT to tank November this year when the current players quit on Kiffin. He may see moderate success when he puts his players out on the field, but the current players will quit on him.

at you a few years ago. I see the Kiffen experiment going down about the same as the Orgeron experiment did.

because I think he's a rich man's Orgeron.

Orgeron had to rely on high school coaches for a lot of position coach spots to try to gain a recruiting edge. Kiffin was able to target actual college assistants who were ace recruiters. The strategy of hires is basically the same, but due to the money at his disposal, Kiffin has been able to bring in better assistants.

The approach is still the same though, so while I don't see Kiffin going 10-25, I do see him struggling to do better than .500 overall, and I see him getting canned within 5 years.

Orgeron though since nobody could understand him when he talked anyway. Unfortunately for Kiffin, he's at a higher profile job with much better speaking skills while he's taking all of these pot shots at other league schools. I also don't remember Orgeron being able to go around and cherry pick off of the rest of the SEC staffs for assistants either.
