If you take an objective look at what Rep Nunes did today, how can ....

You do realize that this information was available to the previous White House and this one ?
We were reminded a couple weeks go that the one person in DC who would have access to any information -- The President of US.

you not be thinking that we are fvcked as a nation. The chair of the House Intel Committee who is the recipient of classified intelligence runs to a person being investigated to show him the evidence on his team....... does anybody in congress look at the big picture and realize they have a greater role than partisan politics?
Everything about this is a **** up from Biff feloniously accusing Obama to Nunes end running the intel committee. Heads need to roll.

You libs have resorted to lying. This evidence had ZERO to do with Russia. ZERO. How then is Trump not entitled to know that his transition team and possibly himself was surveilled (having NOTHING to do with the Russians). The investigation is about possible Russian collusion with the Trump campaign. This had nothing to do with that. Why is this simply fact so hard for libs to comprehend?

Because a member of the US House of Representatives says so? That's always solid

Actually it is solid because Nunes will share that intelligence with the full committee including Dems. If he lied, the Dems will let us know. I think it is 100% true, this had nothing to do with the Russians.

These matters seem to be over your head but follow along as best you can. Looks like we need an independent prosecutor.

Schiff: ‘More Than Circumstantial Evidence’ Trump Associates Colluded With Russia
"The chairman will need to decide whether he is the chairman of an independent investigation into conduct, which includes allegations of potential coordination between the Trump campaign and the Russians, or he's going to act as a surrogate of the White House. Because he cannot do both," Schiff said.

Going hand in hand with this AP article: Link

Manafort appears to be the focus, and I think they'll find the goods on him. Doesn't appear it's going to stick to anyone else. I wouldn't be surprised to see a Podesta investigation afterwards.

Yeah, but that's just the comment from a Rep....you know he is just playing Democratic politics. Besides the comment from the Republican Rep is more than just a comment from a Rep....you know he is not playing Republican politics. I mean.....it's obvious!

OK, so what does this mean, given that Manafort was Trump's campaign director? Woudn't that prove collusion or coordination or whatever you want to call it between Trump's campaign and a foreign government? If so, then what?

It would prove Manafort was money laundering unrelated to Russia, was investigated outside of the Russia investigation, and that intelligence was leaked. This fits all of the parameters that have been given to us lately.

Nope, no independent prosecutor. None apparently required for Hillary's obvious crimes. None required now as both the House and the Senate can do what they need to do.

Obviously the House investigation can't do their job when the Republican chair is acting as the so called prez's attorney and runs to him whenever they find something of concern. Nunes has proven that he can't be impartial and being a former member of Trump's transition team he has shown where his loyalties lie. At a miniumum, Nunes needs to step down and better yet an independent commission needs to be set up.

LMAO. You claim Nunes is not impartial. Have you seen Schiff in action? Do you call that impartiality? You're living in a different world if you don't believe politics infects everything done in Washington.

There was no court order, Obama said it never happened, yet Biff said it did. All that's left is something covert and illegal.

Obama said he did not order the surveillance. That may be true. He DID NOT say he did not know about the surveillance or that he was not briefed on it. Big difference.

Nunez is basically a leaker, lol.

No, Nunes updated the President about surveillance of his transition team (not involving any Russian investigation). Perfectly legitimate. I agree he should have shared this intel with Schiff before meeting with the President. But he did nothing illegal or even questionable in terms of sharing information. My only quibble is with the sequence of events.

We were fvcked as a nation when Wilson started with the socialism and FDR expanded it. we really got hosed when LBJ started the great society which is more of a great breakdown of the family.

I have no problem with govt providing police, roads, garbage pickup, shools, but welfare has caused the breakdown of the family that we will never recover from. Daycare, having people bring their kids to school at a too early age, takes away the parents responsibilty to take care of them. Everything that socialism does, indoctrinates the kids to govt can take care of you better than your parents.

Do you think complete strangers are better equipped to form your children's minds and values? It can work both ways, you can get someone who agrees with your views or diametrically opposed. Pot luck.

I stay at home. But some couples both want careers, some parents need two incomes to live well and retire safely, and some single parents have no choice. I'd rather money go towards giving those kids the best care possible. It ain't 1950 out there any more.

What was the coordination to do? Deal with Russia and Trump for financial purposes? Deal between those two to defeat Hillary?

Yes, and who's fault is that? The congress for taking more and more taxes to support worthless programs.

Geez, I'm not so sure about that. Cost of housing, cable, beer, toys, vacations, cars.....look at what it costs to take your kids to a movie or baseball game. Costs on insurance? Roll the clock back 40 years and tell me costs and income are both comparable to today's.
