Mayorkas was Impeached for violating laws and Biden should have been. Lesson being if you want to stop it you better control the AG and DHS. Then have a Congress that can't Impeach you. So basically Vance will need a Republican/MAGA/Libertarian Congress and Senate just to be safe.
