We need a bunch of positive posters to start making some noise, because there's too much negativity on here.

We need to show the OTHER side of the fan base!

This team was never really built to go much beyond sweet 16. I think they reached their potential for the season. It's pretty old hearing people complaining and making excuses about everything. Just enjoy the season and move on.

As someone else said, there was a football scrimmage yesterday. They need support and I’m throwing 100% behind them

I’ll wait for the impending NBA announcements and otherwise won’t think much about basketball again until September / October

Appreciate the perspective and the positive post- but I just can't agree.

We had K State and Loyola in our way......no reason we shouldn't have beaten both soundly. Just weren't tough enough, just didn't get it done.

I don't put it on Cal. He's the best. This was a flawed group of players. No tough guys, no alpha leaders, really no bigs, and a weak bench.

Definitely think UK could have beaten K State that game, but the way Loyola is playing right now, I don't think we would have won. Sure, we have better talent. But Loyola is playing much better basketball, and has the better team right now in the season.

AGREE. they actually exceeded my expectations.I think it was either lose a close game in an upset in sweet 16 or get blown out in the final 4.
next year will be better.

Same. Never been a college football watcher, and haven't really watched much of the NFL in recent years. That's because the Dolphins are perpetual losers since the mid-80s.

Have you gone to a game? That’s what roped me in. Different experience but I actually prefer going to football games and “like” football more than basketball. Love both. You just gotta dive in

Yeah, we should have gotten it done, but we didn't.

The negativity though is embarrassing and accomplishes nothing.

A great fan uplifts his team and the program with their support and positive attitude.

As long as I agree with the overall state of the program (which I do), I will try and make things better.

I mean it's a silly game. It's not real life. Real life is keeping a good job to support your family and your children. Real life is working a job 50 hours a week and also taking accounting classes online so I can better support my family and my unborn child. Real life is spending time with my family and friends and Enjoying Everyday to the fullest. I don't want a basketball game or any support take away my joy anymore. Don't get me wrong I was cussing and through a couple things Thursday night because I'm passionate about my hobby but let's make no bones about it it's a hobby just like playing video games or reading a book or playing basketball with friends at the Y. As soon as the game was over I was back to my normal self and went about my day at work Friday like nothing was wrong because guess what it wasn't. I feel for John Calipari in the players who actually have something really invested in this. It's Calipari job and it's a big part of the player's life because it can affect whether or not they get drafted higher if they play bad or not and it probably actually should distract them from their studies because it was a tough loss but hopefully it didn't. As fans we are really irrelevant in the grand scheme of things and it's just something we watch and go to for entertainment. I know I'm going to get blasted by this but it's the truth.
