Certainly looks like he is behind the offensive schemes. This guy's resume looks like someone who has conciously picked the right steps to build himself into a great head coach. I can't imagine that he is not ready to win and win consistently wherever he goes. Byrne also obviously recognizes that we have got to have this kind of offensive mind to attract the kids we need to get over the hump. Imagine the positive publicity we will get for the next month if we can (or have) made this hire.

He also coached Travis Prentice at Miami (OH), who was the NCAA all-time leading scorer when he finished.
