damn, I forgot all about that yesterday. They were suppose to show the final round on the Golf Channel.
Really well spoken and genuine in his excitement about making it. His English was perfect, but I think I have read that he didn't speak a word of English when he got to Starkville. Proud for him.
We'll have two State guys to root for on the Tour next year as Michael Connell kept his card by finishing in the Top 125 on the money list this year.

yeah he didn't speak any English when he got to Starkville. i lived next door to him for 2 years. but he learned English really quick. he actually married a girl from Clinton who helped him learn the language. Great guy and friend. Glad he finally got his card.
