article on Thompson, Carlos Sr. said that one of the things he was most impressed with was that Ole Miss has 15% African Americans. If that impressed him, then we did a terrible job presenting MSU last weekend.
I don't have the numbers, but wouldn't 15% put you in the bottom 2 or 3 in the SEC?

Per 2009 freshman enrollment numbers:

MSU 22%

Ole Miss 13%



Lowest I have seen is University of Arkansas at 5%. All other SEC schools seem to be between 8-15%. We have the highest I have seen so far.
