OMG.. close my eyes and I can hear the Savon Huggins lullaby.
Nice first effort but you need to do some research on how to make it look "right". Everything is off..
-seeing the lights reflected in the windows.. amateur.
-the microphone is poor and sound is bouncing around everywhere.
-as for a video editor.. download Davinci Resolve (free or paid) and learn it.. so much help in youtube videos available there is no reason not to use a good video editor).
Use a green screen behind you and add in your window view later. Even your plain white walls would be better. You can even have AI voice read the script for you. Some have become exceptional now.. like hiring a pro voice actor. You can even record your voice and have then change it to someone else's voice. Think of it like singers using auto-tune. It is cheating but the final product is somewhat better..for those that need it.
On a positive note: you clearly wrote down what you wanted to say. Kudos.. so many of these first-timer things seem to be ad-libbed. You don't see many pros doing that... not alone... not without a lot of practice.

Al disregard the haters and keep doing your thing. Most here have no lives while you travel to yet another away game and spend more on weekends than most here make. While others live here 24/7 365 because they have nothing else you are living.
This is an amateur effort shot with an iPhone , so quality isn’t going to be the best. Nevertheless, appreciate your feedback.
You made an effort.. staged it.. you could do the same work and get a better result. Use a Bluetooth earphone mic.. sit against a blank wall that won't show glare... set the exposure on the iPhone and start recording then sit down. Frame it properly from some kind of phone holder and use teh camera on the back of the phone... even selfie stick recordings look better.
You clearly were interested in doing something like this.. just telling you you can do a lot better with just a little more effort. You want people to want to watch, right? You want to look good. You made a real effort with the lighting.

Great job rutgersal enjoy your postings and enthusiasm for our team. If you notice lately the negative posts are almost non existent. On the same thought line notice you don’t see the Rutgers bashers. Need this win against Indiana. No excuses for a letdown. GO RU !!!!!!

Appreciate the support. In the day and age of zoom calls and facetime, quality can really make a good impression. Consider it like dressing for an interview. CNBC's shows often interview business leaders remotely and when some billionaire has the crappiest video it really stands out. Just a little effort can make a huge difference... and there are plenty of sources on youtube and elsewhere to get it right.
TKR's vlogger style videos are done pretty well and yet look very casual and relaxed. That's the mark we should try to hit. A very natural look.
