Fact:
It’s about time that MSU got some respect. I do agree that the banner M has hurt our branding as well, IU.

Winning the Heisman has really gone to their heads. Are they still butthurt about MSU stealing Lemonis?

I just would not talk smack talk against a team that outside QB out talents you. I keep going back to the Ohio State against Texas game. I was not impress with Ohio State in that game and not after the loss to Indiana. The national championship is GA's to lose.

Fake or not, it made me laugh. Indiana should have bigger things on their minds than that post/statement.

Hot Take - Indiana goes 9-3 against our schedule
On a neutral field, they would be double-digit favorites against everyone we played in 2025, other than Georgia. They have 2 wins (Ohio State and @Oregon) over teams that probably would have won the SEC this year.

That is BS. Texas, Tennessee, Ole Miss, Georgia, A & M, and Arizona State - Indiana would not be a double digit favorite against any of them on a neutral field. They would probably be an underdog to Georgia. I am not sure they would be favored double digits over Florida or Missouri on a neutral field.

Come on man, Jeff Lebby took Blake Shapen plus a human turnstile at left tackle and doubled the yards that Ohio State put on Texas. Oregon does not get crossed up against an SEC team very often, but they are 2-3 in their last 5 match ups. Ohio State and Oregon would have lost 2 games with our schedule.

FPI: Indiana a double digit favorite over everyone on our schedule, except Georgia.
Sagarin: Indiana a double digit favorite over everyone on our schedule, except Georgia and Ole Miss.
SP+: Indiana a double digit favorite over everyone on our schedule, except Georgia and Ole Miss.
Massey: Indiana a double digit favorite over everyone on our schedule, except Georgia and Ole Miss.

Perhaps I underrated Ole Miss in my initial assessment, and I do not apologize for that. Then again, without Kiffin, the oddmakers might subtract a bit from their expectation for them.

Ohio state barely beat an average Texas team at home. Loss to Indiana a team with less talent. Ohio State did not improve throughout the season. The two toughest teams on regular season schedule were an average Texas and a Michigan team whose coach was obviously preoccupied. So no, I was not impressing that Indiana beat them.

Indiana would crush everyone in SEC except maybe Georgia & Mississippi.

I would not disagree, but I am not impress with Ohio State. Indiana's QB is going to be hard for any team to handle.
Ohio State is the defending National Champion.

Your logic that Indiana's win over Ohio State isn't impressive because Ohio State lost to Indiana is just circular bias that Mississippi State always deals with anytime we're good.

You've already chosen an outcome (Indiana can't be that good) and fit reality to fit that. It's bad arguing and you should check your own biases next time.

We're about to find out. I really hope they beat bama by 40 but them beating the gumps is just such a strange thing to consider. But I hope you're right.

For realz, I'm rooting for Bama. But.... my brain and every college football talking head, says Indiana will win and maybe win easily.

Not my logic. Indiana is a really good team. I am not impress because Ohio State is not the same team that won the National Championship. They had a fairly easy schedule. On the same note Texas is not the same team that played in the National Championship. Do I think Bama can stop Indiana's QB. That's going to be a tall task so probably not. Some of you guys just look for a reason to argue. Do I think the SEC is a really good conference. No I don't. GA might be the only team that has a shot at the National Championship. Would I be surprised if another SEC team gets to the Championship game? No because it is college football and anything can happen.

They won’t beat Bama by 40. But they will win by double digits.
