Remember, I'm not asking what we will do. We all know he's getting another year. I want to see what % of the fans here want him to get one.

If we fire Lebby, just make sure the new hire is good and well thought out. At least get a good head coach from a non-P4 (like the guy at Montana State). Or go all out and bring Mullen back. That might encourage Kamario to stay where he is.

Here’s the point to Selmon and Keenum - how worse could it actually get? 1-15 in SEC in two years. Swallow your pride Keenum and call Mullen!!! For those who say that’s not a long term solution then what the hell is at this point? Firing Lebby one year from now???

We are not a serious program unless we bring a legitimate HC and DC to the program. Experience.

And fire this guy too! He has to be a descendant of the Indians buried under Scott Field sent here to destroy our athletics 1 sport at a time.
I say it every other post, but this piece of shît is no friend to Mississippi State. 17 him and feed him fish heads. We need somebody in the IHL to recognize how awful he is and give him his golden parachute.

We can do better. I posted this earlier, but Lebby not firing Hutzler after last year is cause enough to fire Lebby now. And of course…1-15
I said that last year. That after such a historically bad D, if Lebby showed some leadership and replaced hutz he should be guaranteed a third year but if he chose to retain hutz he should be held accountable if there was a repeat performanc. Well here we are.

I voted fire him but honestly if they gave me total control I would fire our DL coach, secondary coach, have a long sit down with OL coach so he knows expectations, talk to my special teams coach and find out why we dont have an exciting return game like we did 4 years ago. Its like always fair catch. Why ? Then let Lebby know what a failure he is an discuss hiring an OC

Before we hypothetically reset the program, again..how much money are we really spending in NIL compared to our competitors? No quality coach is coming here if we’re the bottom 1/4 of the league in NIL.

That’s not for us to figure out. That’s why we have “administrators”.

Go get someone who has won here and pay him more than UNLV. It isn’t that hard.

Or, We can continue with what we are doing, and we’ll lose again next year.

If our deadhead administrators put forth some effort and got Mullen, our NIL contributions would quadruple.

Nobody with any sense is going to give any money to a Lebby run program.

Same as some others have said, getting Mullen with KT would be fun as hell. And I’m not historically a “hire Mullen back” guy

That UNLV coach isn’t interested if he only has $10M to work with and the rest of the league has $20-$30M to work with.
So I’ll ask again. What’s our budget for a roster?

Who knows, does anyone truly know what we paid for this roster? If you want more NIL, use some of that SEC money and hire a competent coach.

$14 million in rev-share and $5-6 million in nil collective. You are welcome to donate a couple million!

I don't care if there are a lot of coaching positions open. There will be plenty of HC at G5 who could better than Lebby. Not that we have to go that direction but hell he is not a good coach.

Thanks for a concise reply, and honestly that sounds like a 5 win budget.
Feels like we need to be in the $18 million rev-share and $5+ NIL to get back to 8 wins.

Not unless you can get Mullen or another head coach that is decent with experience but that wi be hard, you got three schools in much better position fighting over Kiffin and Sumrall. Which is crazy how many folks crapped on him two years ago too. Ark is getting Golesh. No idea who Auburn is pulling I half forget they are even looking.

Keep but the entire defensive staff has to go no questions asked. The only way Lebby has a chance to survive beyond 2026 is to hire coordinators that bring talent with them.

Lebby won almost double what you fools thought he would
Last three games are what most expected. Not only did they looked bad they got their asses handed to them. Embarrassing. The staff threw away any good feelings they built up with the last three performances.
