Schiano is terrible. I mean who the heck calls for a punt block??! You’ll never score points that way.
He ran the right route but stopped running. If he keeps going vertical he is where the ball was.

I mean...if it's a timing-based route, then yes it is the correct read if the throw has to happen prior to the receiver hitting his break.
