Saturday's game marks the first time an unranked Nebraska team has hosted an undefeated opponent in November since top-ranked Oklahoma (9-0) visited in 1955. Huskers lost 41-0.

The last time an unranked Nebraska team defeated a top-10 opponent at any point in a season was a 31-24 win over No. 4 Alabama on Sept. 17, 1977. (AMAZING!!!)

The last time Nebraska defeated a top-10 opponent was a 24-3 victory over No. 9 Michigan State in Lincoln in 2011. (Hmmmm)

The unbeaten Spartans will join elite company at Memorial Stadium on Saturday. MSU is just the 10th unbeaten opponent to visit Memorial Stadium in November in the 93-year history of the stadium. Nebraska is 5-3-1 in the previous nine games. (Hmmmm)

The Huskers are 5-3-1 when facing an unbeaten opponent at Memorial Stadium in November. The most recent matchup was a 41-15 victory by No. 7 Nebraska over fifth-ranked Kansas State on Nov. 13, 1999.

If NU doesn't turn the ball over and the defense rises up and plays well, I like Nebraska's chances.

Mag, that last sentence is truly the key, hope there are zero to's and the defense can rise up.

Mag, you had to love Sunday night against Green Bay. Hopefully the Broncos offense can build on that and keep it rolling.

Yes, I did enjoy it. Manning can still it done and yes, that offense is taking time to evolve and is looking better each week. That defense? Well lets just say that the best off season acquisition Denver made was 'The Son of Bum' Wade Phillips. The man can coach a defense. Denver also has a very good place kicker. Lookin' good...looking VERY good. Smokin
