I expect that will change within a year. IMO we will go hard after a JUCO DT after spring practice.

JUCOs to address specific roster needs, HS kids to develop the roster overall. If your recruiting is right-sized and consistent, you should be able to be pretty selective in your JUCO recruiting.

IMO they have a plan. These guys are WAY too organized to not already be all over our needs there.

This. I think Nebraska should take at the most three juco's a year. You shouldn't need anymore than that. I'm fine with not getting one this year.

I would rather have the staff develop a kid for four years than have a guy who may not make it to begin with and only have him for two. JUCO recruiting is tough sledding.
