There is a mod in this very thread that clearly doesn't "nothing" us. He goes out of his way at every opportunity to hurl 4th grade insults at anything and everything associated with Iowa. He isn't the only one. Just sayin.
who cares about Iowa or what they say about us? it matters to me about as much as what Minnesota or Purdue fans think.

This just in Rivals - is thinking about lowering the age for posting to 12 since most of the posters fit that category I believe the word moderate means to act as a governor a voice of reason . The term should be changed to instigator and troublemaker .
We have at least a dozen mods on our site. Your comment is at best a broad generalization. Why choose to lump everyone in the same category? Many posters here and on our pay site are informative, well educated and great people yet you choose to insult most of them?
The majority of what mods do is answer questions regarding Husker athletics.
I recently had to drive to Des Moines and noticed that the Husker radio talk shows reached way the heck out there deep into Iowa. It kind of dawned on me that we have been blasting them with husker talk shows for years.. Here in Omaha, I don't think I have ever come across a hawkeye radio talk show. Maybe they don't exist.. I dunno.
And you can stay off our board if you don't like it. Could care less what Iowa fans have to say about football.
Moderators can also participate in conversation. I was a paying member for years before I was a mod. If Iowa fans didn't come to our board to start crap and make the mods job harder maybe we would be a little more laid back, but their fans made their bed.

As long as your respectable you can post over here. If you are a fan of another team and someone on this board decides to rip your team there's not much you can do except take the high road. If it bothers you so much you can burn your bridges on your way out, but you usually only get one shot at that. Why worry about what people on another board thinks of your team?
What a terrible thing to say. Folks are being respectful, our hands should be extended for more to engage in conversation. Regardless of school following. If they feel slighted; they should be allowed to voice their reason, or reasons, as to why. Maybe it'll change something, for the better. Maybe it won't, none of us know.
You may represent the owners of this site but you sure don't represent Husker fans with your downright disrespectful comment above.

I post a lot on RSS and other boards as well. Also, tired of hearing the "mods shouldn't take part in discussions" I have every right to participate. Why don't I ever see you post on RSS?

Well being such a huge fan and all I'd figure you would be on the board with the best Husker conversation.

Oh hey this looks fun. My wife and I had our first baby the morning after the NW game so it kind of puts stuff into perspective. I got over that loss pretty quick. Been too busy to argue over semantics.
Come on over to the Iowa board and engage in 5+ page threads of the dumbest fans you will encounter. (That's both sides btw). I tried having the same rational conversations with Husker fans on their but they like to troll. It's much better, more level headed conversations over here.

I was hoping Iowa would have a team that they could actually look far superior to next week in Purdue but they had different plans in mind with beating Illinois. I'm sure it's gonna be a 17-9 type ball game.
Indiana is looking much improved. Should be a good one for you guys next weekend. Then Purdue? Nebraska gonna be ranked top 10 going into Ohio State?

Iowa won last year with a MASH unit and Nebraska is playing better than Iowa was at this point last year.
Westy and Cethan will both probably be out. Farmer is questionable, Stolt and Armstrong are both banged up, Moore should be back.
