What does this staff bring to the table at this point? Seriously, some of the worst in-match strategy I've ever seen. This is basic stuff.
Seidel has wrestled a good amount of college already compared to Forrest and had bonused everyone minus one kid prior to that match. Your point still stands though about how ridiculously prepared these young bucks are.
It’s a non conference dual, march is all that matters, guys are training through the dual, I heard the whole team has mono.
Just trying to get out in front of all the people saying they did an excellent job of developing him. And to any that say he’s been training there for a year…well that was cheating
I've heard we have the guys in the room to get the job done. I'm not sure who those guys are or what job they're talking about though.

That workout had no structure or obvious goal— no doubt that lift did not have much, if any strength traing principles built into it. Basically was conditioning/pump work with weights.
Reminded me of training in high school where a coach would just make things up that looked like a proper workout.
