There are 5 freshman at 133 and any one of them could win it all. Just a week ago Forrest won on a last second escape over Seidel who has less college experience than Forrest. Oh and Seidel took Forrest down three times. These kids coming in with all this world level experience is mind boggling.
Seidel has wrestled a good amount of college already compared to Forrest and had bonused everyone minus one kid prior to that match. Your point still stands though about how ridiculously prepared these young bucks are.

I've heard we have the guys in the room to get the job done. I'm not sure who those guys are or what job they're talking about though.

I stopped watching this sh*tshow a while ago. Not sure what's worse, being p*ssed and frustrated about it, or just not giving a sh*t anymore. Actually, I do know which is worse... not giving a sh*t anymore. Someone let me know when there's a plan in place to actively reverse this historic slide into irrelevancy that the Brands staff has created. Lol.

I saw a video of a team strength workout and it made no sense to me on how it transitioned. Also not a strength coach though.
That workout had no structure or obvious goal— no doubt that lift did not have much, if any strength traing principles built into it. Basically was conditioning/pump work with weights.

Reminded me of training in high school where a coach would just make things up that looked like a proper workout.
